Modification of steelwork for multiple service station refurbishments across Brisbane.

Horizon Constructions were seeking an experienced Brisbane metal fabrication service to initially raise a door frame beam to allow for a larger door to be installed.

After completing this job efficiently, we established a great relationship with the site supervisors. We have subsequently completed multiple other Brisbane welding and fabrication tasks for them, across other worksites.

What were the challenges?

• The work has involved modification of steelwork on the front of the buildings to allow higher doors and glass windows to be installed.
• This work needed to be completed with short notice at times to avoid holding up other trades.

• The work required solutions to safely support existing structure while removing redundant beams and installing new components.
